of pages and spaces

----------with written verses of poetry
----------and recorded are the proprieties
of cultural civilisations
----------thus etched be the traditions
from all customs of the world.

In the silence of the book,
----------you are never alone
----------you are cradled by dreams
----------you are invited to stand and run
embraced by characters
----------who compete for voice
----------who move the mind
----------who are possessed by rhetoric
and followed by still observers of daily things.

With books for company,
we are not alone
in the journey of life
because the author is with us
----------the old, the young, the living and dead
he becomes the master
----------with naught but great teachings
of a dignified flower
----------that ever blooms.
